What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address, the items you order and any note you add.
• Account details: if you create an account, your name, email, saved address, wishlist and bag.
• Newsletter: your email address if you join our list.
• Reviews: the name and review you submit.

How we use it

• To process, confirm and deliver your orders and to contact you about them.
• To run your account, wishlist and saved address.
• To send newsletters, only if you joined the list. You can ask to be removed at any time.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of our store and offers.

Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with our courier partners so they can deliver your order. Our website runs on Google Firebase and Cloudflare, which store and process data for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's storage to remember your bag, wishlist and sign-in. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Account and newsletter data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in My Account. To delete your account or data, or for any privacy question, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
