Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are shipped with trusted courier partners.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after we confirm them. Remote areas can take a little longer. We may call you on the number you give at checkout to confirm your order before it is dispatched.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you place your order. Orders above the free-delivery amount shown at checkout are delivered free.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery only. Please keep the exact order total ready when your parcel arrives.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched. Contact us with your order number using the details at the bottom of this page.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened packs. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the affected items.

Refunds

Approved refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are paid by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days of approval.
