About these terms

These terms apply when you browse or order from CRUNCHABLES. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and products

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are confirmed by our system when you place your order. Product photos are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. Please check allergen information before ordering — our products contain nuts and may contain milk.

Orders

Your order is a request to buy. We may contact you to confirm it. We can cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, the delivery address cannot be reached, or we cannot confirm the order with you. If that happens you will not be charged.

Cash on delivery

Payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels may lead us to decline future orders.

Promo codes

Promo codes have their own rules (for example a minimum order, an end date, a usage limit or one use per customer). One code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value and we may end a promotion at any time.

Reviews

Reviews are moderated before they appear. We may decline reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not genuine.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where the law says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
